A true real estate professional, Carol is qualified with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland that included specialised property courses in valuation, finance, investment, land use planning, marketing, management and building construction. Her degree also fulfilled the academic requirements for membership to a number of professional bodies including the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Carol has a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Otago Polytechnic and worked in that field for a few years. In addition to English, she speaks Mandarin and has a good understanding of Cantonese.
