Charlie brings a fresh, driven, and energetic approach to the Bayleys Hawke’s Bay’s commercial and industrial team. Starting with the team on a part time basis after completing NCEA at Napier Boys High School while studying Business and playing premier and representative sport, Charlie has taken up a full-time role in the local team as a Sales and Leasing Broker. With a competitive streak and strong foundation Charlie brings a genuine passion for helping people and businesses find the right opportunities.

An energetic can-do attitude has already proven beneficial to clients and customers, and with the ambition and understanding of the local market Charlie works hard to deliver results that exceed expectations.
