With over three decades of real estate expertise spanning two continents, Corvin brings a wealth of international experience and proven negotiation skills to every property transaction. He has established himself as a trusted name in Auckland real estate, earning recognition including New Zealand Premier Status for a real estate brand in 2013.

Born and educated in Mumbai, India, Corvin's family heritage traces back to the Portuguese colony of Goa. His early career as a merchant sailor took him across the globe before he anchored himself in real estate in 1986. In 2001 Corvin made the decision to relocate with his family to New Zealand, bringing with him 15 years of successful real estate experience.

Every property has its own story and potential and Corvin is driven by helping people find their perfect home and witnessing the satisfaction when a deal comes together successfully. His approach to real estate is guided by honesty and transparency, earning him respect among clients and colleagues alike. A keen listener with an innate understanding of people's needs, Corvin's calm and patient demeanour serves him well in complex negotiations. He stays ahead of market trends through continuous learning and adaptation, ensuring his clients receive current, relevant advice for their property decisions.

Family values are central to Corvin's life - both professionally and personally. A proud father of two sons now settled in Australia, he understands the importance of home and community. When not helping clients achieve their property goals, he remains active in his church community and enjoys outdoor activities including camping and walking. As President of the Goan Overseas Association of New Zealand for six years, Corvin maintains strong connections with his community.

I first met Corvin Carvalho at an open home. Along with my husband Peter, we visited that same home four times before we bought it. Corvin was most helpful and professional at all those open homes and when he knew we were interested in purchasing that property he kept us informed with the auction process every step of the way. Had he not done this we may not have felt confident to buy the property. We won the auction and the next day Corvin assisted us with putting our two units on the market. He kept us in the loop, and we had a buyer very early on in the sale process thanks to him. The offers (prior to auction) far exceeded our expectations so we sold before auction.
