Craig began his career with Bayleys in the mid-2000s and now serves as Director in the NorthWest team. He specialises in industrial assets, development land, and strategic investment opportunities throughout Westgate, Hobsonville, Henderson, and Avondale. Known for his sharp market insight, strategic thinking, and clear communication, Craig consistently delivers well-targeted campaigns and strong negotiation outcomes. His ability to unlock value and create competitive tension has seen him involved in some of West Auckland’s most significant transactions, including sales of $51 million, $60 million, and $68 million.

Having progressed from broker to Associate Director and now Director, Craig’s track record is backed by consistent recognition and results. His collaborative, client-first approach makes him a trusted advisor to a wide range of developers, investors, and owner-occupiers.

Outside of the office, Craig enjoys time with his wife and two children, Mollie and Tommy. He’s also a keen golfer, rugby supporter, and fitness enthusiast, bringing the same energy and focus to his personal life as he does to his professional one.
