With a focus on the “country” market from the Auckland Harbour Bridge - North, John successfully transacted in excess of $304 million and over 13,213 hectares worth of lifestyle blocks, farms and development land since 2009 - selling 93% of all properties he lists.

Prior to joining Bayleys, John earned a Diploma of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Marketing) at Lincoln University and worked in senior sales and marketing roles, for a number of companies with involvement in the rural sector, including Monsanto and ASB Bank.
