Julia Ashmore

With more than 14 years of real estate experience behind her as well as a Masters in Human Dynamics and Psychology, Julia takes pride in providing personal service to every client, for every home. Her charisma, strong client relationships, and attention to detail set her apart from others, and she is known for tackling any problem with tenacity, wisdom, and wit.

Julia describes life as a “cocktail of experiences” and has met some of life’s biggest challenges head-on. She understands firsthand the challenges of relocation, downsizing without downgrading, and selling a home after loved ones have passed on.

Real estate may be Julia’s career, but people are her passion. Julia views her business as a family business and all clients become part of that family. She sells across Christchurch and wider Canterbury, connecting with people every day to bring them and opportunities together.
