Tom Gilroy joined Bayleys with over 25 years in the business sector. He established Gilroy Nurseries in 1996, supplying quality roses to garden centres throughout New Zealand.

Tom explains that an integral part of the job has been building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

“Keeping clients happy and informed is very important to me,” says Tom, “honest and open communication is paramount”.

Tom has built up a wealth of knowledge about the North Canterbury area over the past decade, has a strong sense of community and is a member of the Swannanoa Volunteer Fire Brigade.
