Bayleys has officially opened the doors to its brand-new Remuera office, at 303 Remuera Road, setting a new standard of service in one of Bayleys Auckland’s key residential markets.

The building, designed by renowned architects Fearon Hay, offers high-end client and staff facilities, including a state of art auction room, and a welcoming café and wine bar for the community to enjoy.

“In 303, we have created an outstanding space for our sales team and clients that really reaffirms our commitment to the local market and community.” says Bayleys Remuera General Manager Scott Kirk.

“To finally get the doors open is hugely exciting. It's taken a lot of expertise from a whole host of different people. From the architects to the construction and fit out teams, it’s been a massive collaborative effort.”

Client experience was top of mind from the outset. Elegant soft furnishings throughout the building make the space both inviting and sophisticated. Beautiful stone floors, timber panelling and an eye-catching granite reception desk give the impression of a five-star hotel.

All of it set amongst a backdrop of breathtaking Auckland views.

"On one side you’ve got Rangitoto and Auckland Harbour and on the other side you can see the southern slopes of Remuera and on to One Tree Hill.”

As for the team of 49 salespeople and 15 support staff, Kirk says the office will provide a productive and inspiring environment for them to thrive in.

“It’s predominantly open plan with some pods, numerous breakout spaces and a lovely staff kitchen area to congregate around. There’s also lots of furnished areas where you can sit down and connect with colleagues and quiet areas for phone calls and online meetings.”

Kirk says it’s a great place for Bayleys to do business, but the space was also designed with the Remuera business community and locals in mind.

“303 Remuera Road is set to become the new hub in Remuera village, with meeting facilities for the local business community to share and a new place for locals to meet and relax in the form of “three oh three” – our ground floor café and wine bar.”

Founding Director John Bayley says the office was formally opened at an event in January, with a huge turnout of key clients, top agents, executives and directors at Bayleys.

“We heard from our Chairman Mike Bayley, Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, who had blessed the new building that morning, chief architect Jeff Fearon and some kind words of support and wisdom from the Prime Minister, Christopher Luxon.”

We are also thrilled to be able to incorporate our new team members from UP, a 30-year-old local brand that recently joined us under the Bayleys banner.”

Bayley says the office has been four years in the making, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Kirk agrees and says there couldn’t have been a better time to open the doors.
