Siobhan Patterson brings a dynamic combination of organisational expertise, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people to her role as administrator and support at Bayleys Palmerston North Property Management.

Siobhan began her property management career in December 2023 and quickly embraced the fast-paced environment. With a background as a Regional Manager for a gym franchise in America and a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science, Siobhan excels at problem-solving, communication, and staying organised. Her experience as a college soccer player on a scholarship taught her the importance of teamwork, goal-setting, and perseverance - skills she applies daily at Bayleys.

What drew Siobhan to Bayleys was its uplifting team environment and focus on collaboration to provide the best outcomes for clients. She thrives on helping secure the perfect tenants for property owners while supporting her team with meticulous attention to detail and proactive solutions.

Outside of work, Siobhan loves spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew, and enjoys staying active through gym workouts and participating in community Park Run events. A football enthusiast since the age of three, she continues to stay involved in the sport within Manawatu and cherishes road trips to explore New Zealand’s stunning landscapes.
