Daniel Sloper is an Associate Director with Bayleys in the North, specialising in commercial, industrial, and development land sales and leasing across Northland. A proud Northlander, he is known for his strong local market knowledge, professional advice, and commitment to achieving outstanding results for his clients.

Following service in the Royal New Zealand Navy and completion of a Bachelor of Business (Property) through Massey University, Daniel worked as a property valuer before transitioning into commercial real estate in 2021. His diverse background provides clients with a practical, informed approach to property transactions and strategic decision-making.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys fishing, diving, rugby, and spending time with his young family and friends.
