As Sales Manager for the Ohakune, Taihape, Whanganui and Marton offices, Michaela provides leadership focused on growth and performance, supporting our sales team to achieve outstanding results for their clients.

Holding both a Level 6 Agent's Licence and Level 5 Branch Manager's Licence, Michaela brings extensive industry experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a practical, hands-on approach to leadership. Her focus is on building high-performing salespeople, supporting professional development, and maintaining the high standards Bayleys is known for. In her role as Principal Agent, Michaela is responsible for supervising agents who are new to the real estate industry and those joining Bayleys for the first time. This reflects her genuine passion for supporting, mentoring, and developing salespeople, helping them build confidence, strengthen their skills, and establish successful long-term careers. She is committed to providing the guidance, training, and support needed to set agents up for success from day one.

Regularly travelling between offices, Michaela stays closely connected to her teams, markets, and communities. She is known for her approachable leadership style, sound decision-making, and commitment to helping both people and clients succeed.

Having worked as a salesperson, property manager, and office manager within the Bayleys network, Michaela brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. She also gained valuable experience in Australia, working in land acquisition and sales administration for a building company.
