Kevin’s international background in retail and investment banking as an Associate Director, encompassing over US$36bn of transactions, brings a wealth experience to the team. Since arriving in NZ in 2003 Kevin has focused on the property sector, working for a wide range of entities including specialist property funders, brokers, developers, community housing providers, distributers of investment property and even the Government on the rebuild of Central Christchurch. His expertise includes site section, feasibility, funding, commercial and contract negotiation, structuring, underwriting, raising equity and mezzanine debt, joint ventures and creating structured investment product based on property and property funds.

In addition to his extensive property and finance experience, Kevin provides two unique services in the New Zealand market:

• Deposit Bonds helping purchasers buy off the plan without tying up cash deposits.
• Lease Bonds offering a fast, secure, and cost-effective alternative to traditional cash or bank guarantees for commercial leases.

These solutions allow both residential buyers and business clients to access funding flexibility, reduce upfront costs, and streamline property transactions - all handled with Kevin’s trademark expertise and attention to detail.
