Originally from Australia, Ashleigh brought her skills and experience to New Zealand in 2017, joining the Bayleys Property Management team in 2020 as a Viewing Agent.

She has built a genuine passion for the property industry and quickly progressed into the role of Property Manager through her professionalism, initiative and ability to build trusted relationships.

Dedicated, driven and highly people-focused, Ashleigh is recognised for her strong work ethic, leadership qualities and commitment to continuous growth and development.

Since 2026, alongside managing her own portfolio, Ashleigh has also taken on the role of Training and Development Manager for Southern Lakes. In this position, she supports the growth and success of the wider team through mentoring, onboarding, process improvement and ongoing professional development.

Ashleigh has completed her Level 4 Residential Property Management Certificate and is passionate about creating positive experiences for both property owners and tenants while helping elevate industry standards across the team.
