Tysha Williams is a Registered Valuer within the Bayleys Valuations team, focusing on commercial, industrial, and residential development property across the Waikato region.

After completing a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland, Tysha joined Bayleys towards the end of 2022 as a graduate valuer before gaining registration. She is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV).

Tysha has experience undertaking valuations for a range of purposes, including mortgage security, rent reviews, insurance cost estimates, and portfolio valuations for financial reporting.

Outside of work, Tysha enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and exercising.
